2. How to Handle Suspicious Activity
- Keep All Communications On-Platform: Conduct all conversations and transactions exclusively within Encore.
- Verify Encore Communications: All official emails will come from the @buyencore.com domain. Encore will NEVER ask for payment details via email or direct message.
- Report Suspicious Behavior: Use Encore’s in-app reporting feature to flag suspicious users or activity.
- Protect Your Personal Information: Never share your phone number, email, payment details, or any sensitive data with buyers.
