Select the order in question

Tap Report an Issue

Choose the option that best fits:

Damaged Item

Lost / Didn’t Receive Item

Delivered to the Wrong Address
-
Received a Different Item
-

Add any relevant notes and upload any applicable photos
If Your Order Arrived Damaged
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Photos of the damage (all angles)
-
Photos of the shipping box, including the label
-
Photos showing how the item was packed inside the box
-
A description of how the item differs from the listing
-
The shipment tracking number
-
The email associated with your Encore account
-
Your Encore username
