Keeping your shipping address accurate ensures your orders are delivered without delay. Here’s how to find and update it on Encore:

To Check or Edit Your Shipping Address:

1. Go to your Encore Profile

2. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner

3. Find Buyer Settings

4. Tap Shipping Address

5. If the address is incorrect, tap Edit Shipping Address and make your changes

Make sure your shipping address is correct before completing a purchase. When using Buy Now, Encore will prompt you to confirm your address before finalizing the order.

What If I Already Placed an Order?

If you’ve already submitted an order with the wrong address:

• Email Encore Support right away at [e-mail]

  • Include your Encore username, the listing name, and a detailed explanation of the issue

• If the order hasn’t shipped, Encore will work with the seller to update the shipping label

• If it has already shipped, contact USPS to try rerouting the package

• If the item is returned to the sender, we’ll help coordinate reshipment with the correct address
