This includes things like:

Explicit or offensive content in listing videos or photos

Misleading info about what’s being sold

Suspicious or shady behavior from a seller
Even though every seller is vetted before they join Encore, people change — or they might unknowingly break the rules. That’s where your help makes a big difference.
Why It Matters:
We do our best to monitor everything happening on the platform, but real-time reports from the community help us respond way faster. If something seems wrong, chances are you’re not the only one who noticed — and reporting it helps protect everyone.
Bottom line: If it doesn’t feel right, report it. We’ll take it from there.

How to Report a Listing:
If the listing is still live:

Open the listing
-
Tap the "!" icon on the right-hand side
-
Select “Report”
That’s it — once submitted, our Support Team gets notified and will start looking into it.
How to Report a Seller:
If your concern isn’t about one specific listing but the seller’s behavior overall, just shoot us an email at Support@BuyEncore.com.
Make sure to include:

Your Encore username
-
The seller’s username
-
A clear explanation of what happened
-
Any helpful details like screenshots, links, or order numbers
The more info you give us, the faster we can act.
