If you sold an item but haven’t received payment, there are a few possible reasons — the most common being that a buyer has opened a dispute on the order.
When that happens:

You’ll receive an in-app notification and/or email from Encore with details about the item in question

The payout will be paused until the dispute is resolved
If you haven’t received any updates, or you're unsure about the status of your payment, reach out to support@buyencore.com and a member of the Encore team will be happy to assist you.
💡 Remember: Payments are only issued after the item has been marked as delivered and there are no open disputes.
