If your package's status was marked as delivered recently (in the past 2 days), sometimes due to carriers scanning packages too early, the tracking system updates before your package is actually delivered. We first recommend waiting 1-2 more days to make sure this is not the case. However, if it still has not arrived, we recommend:
1) Checking to make sure the package was not misdelivered to an address next door or whether the deliverer left notice of attempted delivery.
2) Verify that your order's shipping address is correct.
3) Check with the shipping carrier to get the most updated information about your package.
