If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, don’t panic — this can sometimes happen when carriers mis-scan or pre-scan packages before actual delivery.
Here's What to Do First:

Wait 1–2 more days
Carriers sometimes scan items as delivered before they actually arrive. -
Double-check your shipping address
Go to your Encore profile and confirm the shipping address listed on the order is correct. -
Look around your property
Check common drop-off spots like porches, side doors, garages, or mailrooms. -
Ask around
A neighbor, roommate, or family member may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. -
Contact the carrier directly
USPS or your designated carrier may be able to provide GPS info or delivery confirmation details.
Still Missing? Here’s What to Do:
If your package hasn’t arrived within 2 days of the tracking update, and you’ve completed the steps above, you must contact Encore Support within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

A brief explanation of what’s going on

Any relevant updates from the carrier
