We ask that our sellers ship their item within 2 business days of the sale, but sometimes a seller may take as long as 7 business days to ship an item. If your item has not been shipped and it has been at least 7 business days, please reach out to customer support at support@buyencore.com. We will also automatically flag your order if it has not been shipped after 7 business days.
As soon as your item is shipped, you are able to track your package every step of the way by going to your profile -> purchase tab -> click the item you want to track -> click "Track order".
On rare occasions, shipments take longer due to high volume of shipments, weather delays, or other events outside of anyone's control.
