All sales on Encore are final.
However, you may request an order cancellation if your item has not been shipped, and an Encore support team member will look into facilitating the process with the seller. To request an order cancellation, go to your profile -> purchased tab -> click on the order you'd like to cancel -> click "report an issue" -> fill out order cancellation form. Cancellation of auction orders are unlikely and subject to seller approval. This policy was created to maintain trust between buyers and sellers.
Cancellations are different than disputes. You can submit a dispute after your order has been delivered. See article about disputes for more information.
