Order Cancellations on Encore
All Sales on Encore are Final.
However, if your item has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. Encore Support will review your request and attempt to coordinate with the seller. Please note: Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to both the seller’s and Encore’s approval — especially for auction wins.
To request a cancellation, email Support@BuyEncore.com and include the following:

Your Encore Username
-
The full name of the listing
-
A detailed reason for the cancellation request
Again, cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Disputes After Delivery
If your item has already been delivered and there’s an issue, it would be handled as a dispute, not a cancellation.
To file a dispute, email Support@BuyEncore.com with the following:

The listing name
-
A detailed description of the issue

Photos of both the item and the shipping box
Our team will investigate and follow up with next steps.
