Encore sellers are asked to ship items within 2 business days of the sale. However, in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days for the item to be shipped.
Once the seller marks your item as shipped, you’ll receive both an email and an in-app notification confirming the shipment.
How to Track Your Order:
You can track your order anytime by following these steps:

Go to your Encore Profile

Tap the Purchased tab

Select the item you want to track

Tap Track Order
This will show you the current shipping status along with USPS tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes:
All orders — whether won through Auction or purchased through Buy It Now — are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days).
🔒 At this time, Encore only supports USPS Ground Advantage.
What If My Order Hasn't Shipped?
If your order hasn't shipped within 7 business days, please reach out to Encore Support:
Email support@buyencore.com and include the following information:

The listing name

The seller’s username (if available)

A brief description of the issue

Any order confirmation or tracking details you may have
